Straight answers about Medicare, Health, Dual Eligible, and Life Insurance in Wisconsin — without the sales pressure.

Do you charge for your services?+
No. Our help is completely free to you. As licensed independent agents, we are compensated by the insurance carriers when you enroll — you pay the same premium whether you use an agent or not.
Are you licensed in Wisconsin?+
Yes. We are licensed insurance producers in the State of Wisconsin and appointed with multiple carriers. You can verify any Wisconsin agent's license through the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) at oci.wi.gov.
When can I enroll in Medicare?+
Your Initial Enrollment Period is the 7-month window around your 65th birthday. The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 – December 7 each year. Special Enrollment Periods may apply if you move, lose other coverage, or qualify for Medicaid.
What is a Medicare Advantage Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP)?+
A Medicare Advantage Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) is a Medicare Advantage plan designed for people who have both Medicare and Medical Assistance from the State (Medicaid). To qualify, a beneficiary must have both Medicare and Medicaid. These plans often include $0 premiums and extra benefits like dental, vision, hearing, transportation, and over-the-counter allowances. Premiums, co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles may vary based on the level of Extra Help you receive. Please contact the plan for further details.
Do I have to use a Medicare Advantage plan you offer?+
No. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer. For a full list of options, please contact Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), TTY 1-877-486-2048, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Will you share or sell my personal information?+
Never. We follow HIPAA and CMS privacy rules and the Wisconsin Consumer Act. Your information is used only to help you compare plans and is never sold to third parties. You can request that we delete your information at any time.
What's the difference between term and whole life insurance?+
Term life covers you for a set period (typically 10–30 years) at a lower cost. Whole life covers you for your entire lifetime, builds cash value, and has a level premium. Final expense (burial) insurance is a smaller whole-life policy designed to cover end-of-life costs.
Can you help if I'm under 65 and need health insurance?+
Yes. We help Wisconsin residents shop on the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace (HealthCare.gov), check eligibility for premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions, and review private off-exchange options.
How do I file a complaint about an insurance company or agent?+
You can file a complaint with the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) at oci.wi.gov or call 1-800-236-8517. For Medicare-specific complaints, contact 1-800-MEDICARE or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) — in Wisconsin, that's the Medigap Helpline at 1-800-242-1060.
What does TTY mean?+
TTY (Text Telephone) is a service for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability. For Medicare, dial 1-877-486-2048. For our office, please use Wisconsin Relay 711.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
